Cocktails Mocktails

Virgin Red Lion
• 10 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Triple Sec Curaçao syrup
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 60 ml orange juice
Shake all the ingredients. Pour in a tumbler
glass filled with ice cubes.

London’s Burning
• 10 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 40 ml frozen raspberry vodka
Combine all the ingredients in a shooter
glass.

Bitter is Better
• 20 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 30 ml italian bitter
• tonic water
Pour directly all the ingredients in a tumbler
glass filled with ice cubes and top with tonic
water. Garnish with a slice of orange. Stir and
serve.

Virgin Negroni
• 10 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Sangria Mix syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Bitter
• 150 ml soda
Pour directly all the ingredients in a tumbler
glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with
a slice of lemon and a slice of orange.
Stir and serve.

Virgin G and T
• 30 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 150 ml tonic water
Pour directly all the ingredients in a tumbler
glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a
slice of lemon. Stir and serve.

Summer Tea Time
• 20 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Lemon Tea concentrate
• 30 ml brandy
• 120 ml fresh orange juice
• 1/2 lime
Muddle the lime in a tumbler glass, add
ice cubes. Pour the remaining ingredients.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Floral Genever
• 10 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 40 ml MONIN Violet liqueur
• 30 ml vodka
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour in an
old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a long orange twist.

Virgin Paradise
• 10 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 60 ml orange juice
Shake all the ingredients. Pour in a tall
cocktail glass.

Red Fox
• 20 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry
• 120 ml red wine
Combine all ingredients in a big wine glass
filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of
lime.

• 15 ml MONIN Gin Flavour syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Passion Fruit syrup
• coke
Pour syrups in a tall glass filled with ice
cubes. Top with coke.
